Request Payment Details via Email

Sending payments is critical for your business operations, but sometimes you may only have the contact information for a new payee. Imagine a scenario where you need to make a payment to a payee, but you only have their email address. How do you go about obtaining their payment details without the hassle of lengthy back-and-forth communications?

Requesting Payment Details via Email

Now, from your Loop dashboard, you can request payment details from your payees with just their email address. No more worrying about incomplete information, this feature simplifies your payment processes.

How It Works

1. Initiate a Request: As long as you have the email address of your payee, you can initiate a payment information request. Log in to your Loop dashboard, navigate to Send Payments > Add Payee and enter the email address of the payee.

2. Automated Email Request: An email request will be sent to your payee, containing a custom link for them to provide their banking details.

3. Dashboard Update: Once your payee provides their payment information using the link, the payee status will be automatically updated on your dashboard.

4. Manual Entry Option: In case you receive the payment information through other means after the request is sent, you may still manually enter the payment details yourself.

Sending a Payment is Now Easier Than Ever

With Loop you already had access to sending free payments around the globe. That process just got easier, as you can request all the details you need to send a payment with just an email address. Stay ahead of the curve, save time when sending payments, and enjoy the convenience of hassle-free transactions. Try it today and experience the difference for yourself!
