Promotions

The following terms and conditions govern the promotional offers available to new Loop customers. These offers are designed to reward businesses for integrating their financial operations with Loop’s banking and card services.

Wave Pro Subscription Promotion

Effective March 3, 2026

For a limited time, new Loop customers referred through Wave can receive a rebate for six (6) months of the Wave Pro Plan.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion, the business must:

• Open a new Loop account and be approved for a Loop Global VISA Card between December 15 2025 and December 15 2026 (the “Promotion Period”);
• Be a Canadian-incorporated business;
• Sign up using the promotion code provided by Wave;
• Set their Loop Global VISA Card as the primary payment method for a Wave Pro Plan subscription; and
• Successfully process payments for the Wave Pro subscription on their Loop Global VISA Card.

Application of Reward

• Total Value: Eligible accounts will receive a total of $150 CAD in statement credits, representing the equivalent of 6 months of the Wave Pro Plan.
• Distribution: Loop will credit the account $25 CAD per month for six (6) consecutive months.
• The first credit will be applied within one statement cycle following the first successful Wave Pro charge.
• The Loop account and Wave subscription must remain active and in good standing to receive all six instalments.

General Terms & Conditions

Exclusivity and Limitations

• No Combination: Unless otherwise stated, these Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, referral bonuses, or signup incentives available from Loop.
• New Customers Only: Promotions are only available to new business entities. Businesses affiliated with, parents to, or subsidiaries of an existing Loop account are ineligible.
• One Reward Per Account: Only one reward from each specific promotion category will be awarded per new business entity.

Currency

All currency amounts shown in this agreement are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Breach of Terms

If Loop suspects (in its sole and absolute discretion) that a user has not used the Promotion in good faith, has attempted to "game" the reward system, or has breached Loop’s Platform Agreement, Loop reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel any statement credits and/or terminate the associated Loop Account.

Changes to the Promotion

Loop reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate these Promotions at any time. Loop may withhold rewards if an account is found to be inactive, non-compliant, or in violation of any legal terms.
